At Browns Family Jewellers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and certificates included.

Return Process

  Securely place your jewellery in its original presentation box and transit packaging to ensure it remains protected during delivery.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

• 3.
  Ship via Tracked Mail

  Send your package back to our headquarters using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to cover the value of the goods.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 working days.
